We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders.
Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier rates.

Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and the product type. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Delivery Time
Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
International delivery times vary by country and customs processing.

Artisanal + Handmade Variations
Many of our products are handcrafted in small batches. Slight variations in color, size, or texture are normal and part of their authenticity.

Pre-Orders & Backorders
If an item is marked as pre-order or backordered, estimated shipping times will be noted in the product description. Orders containing pre-order items ship together unless requested otherwise.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at info@lasmanoslibres.com. Include photos of the damaged items and packing materials so we can assist you quickly.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Manos Libres is not liable for orders sent to the wrong address provided at checkout.

International Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, duties and taxes are determined by your country’s customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.
