Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at info@lasmanoslibres.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
Because of their artisanal and handmade nature, some items may be final sale. Products marked Final Sale, custom orders, gift cards, and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If your item arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you quickly.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or a damaged item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Manos Libres is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly.
